PAGE GENERATOR
This is a customized web page interface for creating Event pages
to accompany our Calendar system. The Calendar works best when
Events are linked to the Internet address of an Event Page. This
option is for an interface that makes it simple for a non-programmer
to create an Event Page, and link it to a Calendar Event.
The created Event page can also contain a form.
This form would allow registration for an Event to take place
on-line. The form would have the ability to total line-item expenses
for an event. A visitor to an Event page can calculate their
own totals, and therefore know exactly what their event charges
will be.
In addition, this form would have the potential
to accept credit card information with the addition of Ecommerce
technology such as the SSL security option
for encrypting data described below. Click

DOCUMENT
LIBRARY
The Document Library would be a collection of HTML documents,
or documents that are formatted in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document
Format (PDF). The Document Library as proposed would consist
of up to 400 documents, organized by folder or "topic pages".
The search utility for the web site will include
the complete text of these library documents. This proposal includes
the conversion of existing documents to either HTML or PDF format,
and their installation on the web site. Click

SSL
SECURITY OPTION FOR ENCRYPTING DATA
The Internet is not a secure medium for the transmission of information.
Unfortunately, as a public network, information sent from or
to a web site can be intercepted. For most visits to a web site,
this is of little concern. However, any data that involves sensitive
and private data should be sent encrypted, or "scrambled".
This option is for installing the required
software and configuring links and pages as required to use a
secure transmission method. Implementing secure communications
through encryption is the foundation of Ecommerce, and makes
protected financial communications possible. Click

LOGIN-PROTECTED
CONTENT
The Internet is a public communications medium,
but from time to time an organization may wish to limit the information
available to select individuals. Our Login-Protected Content
option is a system for customizing a web site to display unique
content to those who have logged in with an authorizing password
and User ID.
This can be a good way to deliver private information
over the public Internet, and to provide content as part of a
paid service. The Home page itself can be customized for all
persons who log in, and for each individual login. It is possible
to create custom home pages for each individual user, with each
page displaying special content. Every section page (Support,
Products, Our Company, etc.) can display special content to logged-in
persons. Pages on the site can be designated as "protected"
pages, and would only be accessed by authorized individuals.

INTERNET-BASED
EMAIL ACCESS
Email can be very helpful, but configuring Email software to
manage each individual's account can be a difficult process.
This feature will give a web page interface to any Email accounts
that the company wishes to give access to. These accounts will
permit the reading of Email from one to ten individual standard
Email services (POP accounts); the storage of messages in folders,
and the transmittal of messages with an Email address of your
choosing.
Accessing Email from a web page solves a lot
of problems. Once you have configured the account information,
the web page will get your Email from as many Email address accounts
as you desire. (Up to 10.) Email will be shown in a list, and
can be saved in folders. You can reply to this Email, with any
Email address that you choose. Your standard Email system can
continue to receive the same Email as this web page system- You
can have two Email systems, and get the same mail in two places.

INTERNET
STORE
A company does not need to use "store" software to
perform Ecommerce transactions. Once the SSL
security option has been configured (see above), the company
can begin to accept and process credit card and other sensitive
financial data without the threat of interception by unauthorized
persons.
Store software, with a "shopping cart"
system, becomes important when an organization decides to sell
select merchandise in a traditional Ecommerce store setting.
With this system, a user will go from page to page selecting
merchandise, and adding each merchandise selection to a "shopping
cart." When they have decided to stop selecting items, they
would push a button to "check out."
The store, with up to 100 items, will be delivered
fully configured and functional. Administrative software
will be provided for "back office" data management
functions. Online controls would be provided for all store maintenance
functions, along with a maintenance support option. Documentation
will be produced as a "Store Book", detailing user

Payment Schedule:
Payments would be made
in two parts.
50% would be due as a deposit on acceptance of the option plan.
The remaining 50% would be due on installation of the feature
on your web site.
Web site features on a maintenance plan
are billed biannually.
